1. Bookings & Payment
* All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Marwar Leopard Camp.
* A booking will be confirmed only after the required payment has been received.
* Payments can be made through the payment methods provided by Marwar Leopard Camp.
* All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
* Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact details.
2. Guest Responsibility
Guests must respect the camp property, staff, other guests, local traditions, local communities and wildlife.
Any damage or loss caused to camp property by a guest may be charged separately.
The use of open flames, unauthorised equipment or tampering with electrical and safety equipment is strictly prohibited.
3. Check-in & Check-out
* Check-in and check-out timings will be communicated at the time of booking.
* Guests must provide valid government-issued identification at check-in.
* Foreign guests must provide valid passport and visa/travel documents as required.
* Guests below 18 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
* Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Safari & Activities
Marwar Leopard Camp offers experiences including Leopard Safari, Village Safari, Bird Watching, Temple Visits and other nature-based activities.
All activities are subject to weather conditions, wildlife movement, availability and operational conditions.
Wildlife sightings, including leopard sightings, cannot be guaranteed, as animals move freely in their natural habitat.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel any activity for safety, weather, wildlife protection or operational reasons.
Guests must strictly follow the instructions of safari guides, drivers and camp staff.
Participation in outdoor and wildlife activities is at the guest’s own risk.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Guest Cancellation
45 days or more before arrival:
100% refund of the booking amount.
45–30 days before arrival:
75% refund of the booking amount.
30–15 days before arrival:
50% refund of the booking amount.
15–7 days before arrival:
25% refund of the booking amount.
7–0 days before arrival:
No refund.
No-Show
If a guest does not arrive on the reserved date and has not cancelled the booking in advance, the booking will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be provided.
6. Cancellation by Marwar Leopard Camp
If Marwar Leopard Camp cancels a confirmed booking due to operational reasons, extreme weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the applicable booking amount will be refunded through the original payment method within 10 working days.
7. Peak Season & Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain special offers, packages or peak-season bookings may be subject to a non-refundable policy.
The applicable terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Once confirmed under a non-refundable offer, the amount paid will not be refundable.
8. Refund Policy
Where a refund is applicable, it will normally be processed through the original payment method within 10 working days of confirmation.
No refund will be provided for partially used or unused services, except where specifically mentioned in the applicable cancellation policy.
9. Wildlife & Safety Disclaimer
Jawai is a natural wildlife destination. Leopards and other wildlife are free-ranging animals and their movement cannot be predicted.
Guests must not attempt to approach, feed, chase, call, disturb or otherwise interfere with wildlife.
All safari and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Guests must follow the instructions of our guides and staff at all times.
The safety of guests, wildlife and the environment will always be our priority.
10. Liability
Marwar Leopard Camp will take reasonable care to provide a safe and comfortable experience.
However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for injury, accident, loss, delay or damage arising from participation in wildlife safaris, outdoor activities or natural-environment experiences, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Guests may be responsible for any loss or damage caused by their own negligence, unlawful conduct or improper actions.
11. Changes & Modifications
Marwar Leopard Camp reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, prices, packages, activities and services from time to time.
The latest version published on our website will apply to future bookings.
12. Shipping & Delivery
Marwar Leopard Camp does not provide any shipping or delivery services. Our services are related to accommodation, hospitality, safari, tours and nature-based experiences.
13. Privacy
Guest information may be used for booking management, payment processing, communication, legal requirements and providing our services.
We do not sell guest personal information. Information may be shared with authorised service providers or government/tourism authorities where required for lawful business purposes or by law.
14. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or services provided by Marwar Leopard Camp shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
